Team SA moved to 96 medals after Thursday’s action at the Youth African Games in Luanda, with weightlifting adding three more medals to the haul. Swimming finished with 61 medals, athletics had 19, karate six, cycling three, weightlifting three and there have been two each from badminton and tennis.
